Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a complete lockdown in India from Tuesday midnight for 21 days. Coronavirus Pandemic has infected more than 500 people in India hence there was no option other than the lockdown of the entire country and save the lives of 1.3 billion people.

PM Modi emphasized on the importance of social distancing to combat Coronavirus. This time India lockdown means that there will be a bar on the people from stepping outside of their homes. It’s time to suppose that there is a “Lakshman Rekha” and the people are ordered not to cross the border, PM Modi added.

The central government of India has also allocated Rs, 15,000 crores for health infrastructure like ventilators, beds, paramedical training and more.

Many countries around the world are fighting with Covid-19 and feeling helpless due to the unavailability of a vaccine. After analyzing all the facts of Coronavirus and the experience of countries like Italy and China, it has been made clear that social distancing is the only way to tackle this awful virus.

The Indian government is taking essential steps to avoid those mistakes that were made by some other countries. Some of the countries didn’t or partially lockdown in the initial phase of Coronavirus spread that lead them to face the worst situations. PM Modi doesn’t want that situation in India hence he has extended the lockdown.

Finally, it’s time to support the decision of PM Narendra Modi and restrict the spread of Coronavirus in our Nation.
